The E-Mail Anti-Spam Tax
One suggestion to combat the scourge of junk e-mail is to charge a small fee on every e-mail sent. The United States Congress will pass this into law from 1st July 2008, but the rest of the world is up in arms at the prospect. What are the facts, or is this just a cruel April Fool's joke?
